1. Services & Scope
HmdPublishing provides book publishing, editing, formatting, cover design, audiobook production, marketing, and related services. All services are customized for each client and are subject to the terms outlined below.
2. Payment Terms
• Full or partial payment may be required before starting a project.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• If a payment plan is agreed upon, failure to pay an installment may result in service suspension.
3. Service Delivery & Revisions
• All estimated timelines for project completion are provided in advance. Delays due to client non-responsiveness may extend the timeline.
• Revisions are included based on the specific service package purchased. Excessive revision requests may incur additional fees.
• Clients are responsible for reviewing final deliverables before approval. Once approved, additional changes may require a separate agreement.
4. Ownership & Rights
• Clients own 100% rights to their books, covers, and materials after full payment is received.
• HmdPublishing reserves the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio, marketing materials, and social media unless requested otherwise by the client.
5. Refunds & Cancellations
• Refund eligibility varies by service type. Please refer to our Refund Policy below for details.
• Once a project has reached the finalization stage, no refunds will be issued.
6. Client Responsibilities
• Clients must provide accurate information, timely responses, and necessary approvals to ensure smooth service delivery.
• HmdPublishing is not responsible for errors in manuscripts, cover details, or marketing content provided by the client.
7. Liability & Disclaimer
• HmdPublishing does not guarantee specific book sales, rankings, or reviews as a result of our services.
• We are not liable for third-party publishing issues (Amazon KDP, IngramSpark, or other platforms) after submission.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with UK legal regulations.
