The 30-Day Timeline
Days 1 to 7 — Campaign Setup and Launch
We set up your Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and keyword targeting campaigns. Initial bids are conservative while we gather data. Do not expect big results yet — this is data collection mode.
Days 8 to 14 — Learning Phase
Amazon's algorithm learns which placements and keywords convert for your book. You may see inconsistent spend and impressions. We analyse early keyword data and make initial bid adjustments.
Days 15 to 21 — First Optimisation Round
We have enough data to make meaningful changes. Underperforming keywords are paused or bid down. High-converting terms get budget increases. You should start seeing more consistent sales.
Days 22 to 30 — Scaling What Works
We scale the campaigns delivering the best ACoS (Advertising Cost of Sale) and prune the rest. By day 30 you will have a clear picture of your ad performance and an optimised campaign structure.
Key Metrics to Watch
ACoS
Advertising Cost of Sale — how much you spend per £1 of ad-attributed revenue. Lower is better.
Impressions
How many times your ad was shown. High impressions with low clicks indicate a cover or title issue.
CTR
Click-through rate. Benchmark: 0.3% or higher for book ads.
ROAS
Return on Ad Spend. How much revenue you earn for every £1 spent on ads.
