Romeli works in HMD Publishing's production team as a Book Formatter, building the print and digital editions authors send to retailers. That means typesetting the interior, producing the EPUB and Kindle versions, and confirming each file passes the technical requirements set by Amazon KDP and IngramSpark before it goes anywhere near a store. When a book uploads first time without a rejection, that is the part of the job readers never see.
