Meet Elowen, a hand-drawn autumn illustration concept of quiet places — tree shade, leaf bouquets, window-seat tea and one loyal black cat.

Elowen rests against a broad tree as her black cat sits in the leaf-strewn grass, carries a leaf bouquet across the meadow with the cat trotting behind, reads beneath the branches while it sleeps, and watches the amber trees from a window seat with tea and books. Cream, tan and rust watercolours stay hushed throughout. The supporting sheets add turnarounds, eight expressions, five labelled action poses, six outfit variations, leaf-pile and gentle-visitor panels and a treasures board with a well-loved book.
