Meet Liora, a hand-drawn children's book illustration concept following a young lantern keeper from a firefly wood to a hillside above glowing town lights.

Liora carries her lantern past dark trunks and small mushrooms, reads beneath a tree with fireflies drifting around her, kneels to share the light with a white rabbit, and stands on a hillside watching a valley of far-off town lights under a crescent moon. Soft navy blues and one warm flame carry the set. The supporting sheets add four turnarounds, nine expressions, action poses, six outfits, Pip the bunny, Bramble the dog and Eli, and a six-panel storyboard about an old lantern found in the woods.
