About This Role

We're looking for an Amazon Ads Expert to manage paid advertising campaigns for our growing roster of publishing clients. At HMD Publishing, we've published 10,000+ books across 47 countries — and our clients rely on us not just to publish their books, but to make them sell. You'll be responsible for building, managing, and optimising Amazon KDP ad campaigns that drive real results.

Working hours are 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Pakistan Time), based on-site at our Islamabad office.

What You'll Do

Set up, manage, and optimise Amazon Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns for multiple clients
Conduct keyword research to identify high-converting search terms for each book
Monitor campaign performance daily — adjust bids, budgets, and targeting to improve ACoS and ROI
Write compelling ad copy and select effective creatives where applicable
Provide regular performance reports to clients and the internal team
Stay up to date with Amazon advertising platform changes and best practices
Identify upsell opportunities and recommend budget increases where campaigns are performing well

What We're Looking For

Hands-on experience running Amazon PPC campaigns (KDP or product-based)
Strong understanding of ACoS, ROAS, bid strategy, and keyword match types
Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
Analytical mindset — comfortable working with campaign data to make decisions
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet reporting deadlines

Nice to Have

Experience specifically with Amazon KDP / book advertising
Familiarity with third-party Amazon ad tools (Helium 10, Publisher Rocket, or similar)
Experience with Google Ads or Meta Ads as a complement
Understanding of book genres and how readers search on Amazon
